Key Responsibilities- Strong processing/control of all loan agency related transactions Documentation review (Loan Agreements and Security Documents) Successful and timely settlement of all Loan related payments Successful and timely processing /control of all other loan document provisions Develop full understanding of the Loan Administration, Loan Agency business Loan Closing & Transaction Management including new financings, supplementals, amendments, side letters and vessel deliveries.
