Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join their team as an Assistant Team Leader - Loan Administration.
This is a 12-month temporary contract, offering a chance to showcase your expertise in loan processing and support a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include: Actioning daily loan processing requirements across the EMEA region.
Acting as a referral point for Administrators and providing guidance and training when needed.
Assisting Team Leaders and the Section Head in decision-making and strategic planning.
Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of syndicated and uncommitted bilateral loan transactions.
Providing support to front office clients and outsourced locations in the EMEA division.
Liaising with Marketing Areas, Treasury, and external stakeholders to manage loan transactions effectively.
Collaborating with colleagues in pre-closing teams to ensure timely setup and settlement of loan obligations.
Maintaining regular contact with Loan Capital Markets and Front areas to manage client queries.To thrive in this role, you should possess: A solid understanding of Loans Administration roles and responsibilities.
Excellent attention to detail with zero errors or omissions.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with SWIFT payments and payment formatting.
Understanding of legal loan documentation.
Basic knowledge of loan funding mechanisms via Treasury.In addition, our client expects you to: Demonstrate adaptability to changing daily requirements.
Prioritise responsibilities while providing support for process improvements.
Challenge existing processing methods while maintaining control.
