Lng Analyst

Pangea is representing a global energy trading firm that is keen to speak with LNG Analysts who will focus on fundamental analysis and contribute to long-term trading strategies in their London office.
This is a Front Office role.
Key Responsibilities: Analyse LNG supply, demand, and market dynamics in European markets.
Develop long-term trading strategies based on market fundamentals.
Monitor economic, geopolitical, and weather factors affecting gas markets.
Build and maintain quantitative models to forecast market trends.
Produce reports and presentations for senior management and trading teams.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on strategy and market views.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
Experience in fundamental analysis within energy markets, focusing on LNG.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data modeling.
Experience in a Front Office Trading environment.
Proficiency in Python.
Deep understanding of European gas markets.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
