Lmp2 Race Engineer

We are also wanting to invest in our people; therefore we are looking for an LMP2 Race Engineer who can work within our team, giving us a competitive advantage and who is able to successfully deliver a race winning performance.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: To lead and organise the running of one of our Oreca LMP2 cars.
Organise all operational aspects of running a car including creating pre-event documents, managing job lists, preparing the run plans.
Together with the systems / performance engineer determine and implement the best race strategy.
Complete detailed post event analysis of chassis, driver performance and race strategy.
Communicate well with all members of the team.
Lead engineering briefings with drivers and the crew.
Work with the team's sister Race Engineer and the Technical Director to maximise team efficiency and output.
Experience / requirements: A proven track record in an endurance championship such as WEC, ELMS, IMSA.
A Masters / Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
A good understanding of vehicle dynamics.
Must have strong communication and organisation skills.
Ideally based in the UK.
