As the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial operations of this dynamic, fast-growing UK company.
Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping strategic decisions, optimising financial performance, and driving sustainable growth.
The responsibilities: Manage annual budgets, business plans, and revenue forecasts.
Deliver timely monthly management information to Board & Leadership Team.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts.
Partner with department heads on strategic matters.
Present financial data to Board and external stakeholders.
Support commercial negotiations and manage legal agreements.
Oversee pension fund finance and participate in trustees' board.
Assess operational workflows to improve ROI and efficiency.
The candidate: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong Excel and accounting software skills.
Experience in system implementation and process review.
Proactive all-rounder with the ability to operate independently.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a decisive approach.
