Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Live in Care Professional with a kind, compassionate heart, who wants to make a true difference to the quality of life for a client in the Brentwood area.
As a Live In Care Professional, you will live in the client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.The role of a Live-in Care Professional is both rewarding and challenging, with great support from both family and the Home Instead Team.As a Live-in Care Professional, you will be required to provide the highest quality care of 12 hours per day with a two hour break.This role is a working pattern of two weeks on and two weeks off You will be responsible for delivering your client's personalised care plan and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the full in their own home.You will assist the Client with their meal preparation, personal care (if required), light housework, errands, companionship and keeping your client active and ensure their safety at all times.You will maintain a positive relationship with your client, their family, friends and those supporting their health and wellbeing as well as being trustworthy and compassionate.Qualifications A flexible individual, who is passionate about supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service.
Training will be provided.
Additional InformationWe offer… Comprehensive on-going training, support, catering to the needs of both the Care Professional and the Client.
Very competitive salary of £120 per day plus bank holiday rates As a Live In Care Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
We specialise in Dementia care and give appropriate training.
