Job DescriptionWe are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference to the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Cowbridge, Pontyclun & Pontypridd office as a Live-In Care Professional in the beautiful village of Creigiau near Cardiff.
As a Live-In Care Professional, you will live in a client's home and provide a variety of non-medical services to help them keep independent in their own home.Although you do not need any particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, experience of working in a care setting is required, and previous experience as a Live-in Care Assistant is desired.
You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service, particularly for individuals living with Dementia.
You will be reliable, trustworthy and respectful.
You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable in spending time in the company of others.
Being able to drive would be advantageous as our services includes taking our client out and about, and therefore at least one of the two positions for any client will need to be filled with a driving member of staff due to the rural nature of the area we work in.As a Live-In Care Professional, you will be provided with food for 3 meals a day or an equivalent food allowance, a separate annex to stay and access to a TV and WiFi.
In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support.
