With a strong, collaborative team environment, the firm supports career progression and personal development.Position Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the Litigation Team, reporting to the Litigation Partner.
The role involves handling a varied caseload with a focus on either property or banking & finance dispute resolution, and offers exposure to both sectors.Key Responsibilities: - Handle day-to-day queries and assist with the onboarding of new clients- Analyse loan agreements, mortgages, personal guarantees, debentures, and other security forms- Advise on matters of dispute, including financial services regulation, risk, and legal opinions- Assist clients with case strategies and evaluate options for success- Develop strong client relationships and maintain high client satisfaction- Stay updated with legal changes and independently research relevant law as required- Draft settlement agreements, consent orders, and other legal documents- Oversee contested possession claims and brief counsel when necessary- Manage Management Information (MI) related to client casesRequirements: - Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE- Significant experience in Commercial Law, Property, or Banking & Finance dispute resolution- Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships with clients- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own workload- Adaptability and agility in handling a variety of legal tasksThe Benefits & How to Apply: - 26 days holiday plus bank holidays- Health Cash Plan, including dental and optical cover- Enhanced pension scheme- BUPA Private Medical Insurance- Discounted gym membership- Paid volunteer days- Wellbeing programme and initiatives- Calendar of social and networking activities- Reduced legal fees- Learning and development opportunitiesApply in the strictest of confidence online and/or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
