Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor Location: Devon and Somerset This established Litigation team is looking for a driven and experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join one of their offices in Taunton, Crewkerne, Tiverton, Exeter, Honiton, or Exmouth.
The ideal lawyer will have demonstrable experience managing a varied caseload of litigated matters, strong technical knowledge of the CPR, and the ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
You'll have prior experience in business development and an interest in being involved in this.
In this role, you would manage a varied civil litigation caseload, including property disputes, landlord-tenant issues, contract disputes, commercial issues, and employment matters.
This role presents the opportunity to work closely with a well-established team, alongside leading partners within a firm that is growing due to continued client wins.
