Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor Our highly-regarded client is searching for an experienced Litigation solicitor, with 2 5 years PQE to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters under supervision.
This is a full-time, permanent vacancy based in Bournemouth.
You will be a motivated and driven individual with a good understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and claims within the County Court along with knowledge of High Court claims and cost budgeting.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within one or more of the following areas: Debt Recovery Construction Litigation Commercial Litigation Contractual Disputes Contentious Probate / Inheritance Act Claims The ideal candidate will be a motivated and driven individual who can assist in growing the team with the desire to be involved in business development for the firm.
An initial salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 p/a will be awarded, dependant on the level of experience and will be reviewed, once established.
