Part-Time Litigation Solicitor (Fully Remote) Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor seeking the flexibility of fully remote work and the opportunity to manage a varied, impactful caseload?
We are recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor on behalf of a Local Authority, offering a permanent, part-time role, 1–2 days per week .

Role Overview: As the Litigation Solicitor, you'll handle a wide range of civil and criminal litigation matters.
This includes: Civil Litigation: Addressing civil disputes such as breaches of lease agreements and contract issues.
Debt Recovery & Community Safety: Assisting in recovering owed funds and supporting initiatives to enhance public safety.
Licensing and Environmental Law: Dealing with cases related to licensing compliance and environmental enforcement.
Housing & Homelessness: Working on cases to support community housing needs and ensuring compliance with homelessness regulations.
