Litigation Solicitor (3 Years Pqe) (Ads)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a minimum three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in litigation, a keen analytical mind, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including civil disputes, contractual issues, and property disputes.
Handle all stages of litigation, including case assessment, pre-trial preparation, and advocacy in court as necessary.
Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed reports and legal documents.
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
Negotiate settlements and manage alternative dispute resolution (ADR) where appropriate.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and provide support on complex cases.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal procedures.
Qualifications: Qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years PQE in litigation.
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and advocacy skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of managing and resolving litigation matters effectively.
