Litigation Paralegal

We are working with a prestigious law firm who are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their busy and dynamic team.
Our client's expert Commercial Litigation and Civil Fraud lawyers specialise in fraud (civil and criminal); commercial disputes; international corporate investigations; and cross-border issues (including extradition and mutual legal assistance).

Key Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from pre-trial preparation to courtroom proceedings.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
Conducting legal research to support case strategy and provide insightful recommendations.
Managing case files and organizing key documents.
Communicating with clients, witnesses, and court officials in a professional and efficient manner.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in civil litigation.
A very strong academic background, including a law degree or GDL and the LPC or BPTC; A minimum of one year previous paralegal experience gained within a litigation department; Experience in large complex litigation cases; Excellent written and spoken English; Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; A proactive and positive approach to work; High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks; Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
