Casualty (EL/PL) - Litigation Executive – Manchester This growing team handles litigated delegated authority EL/PL work acting for major insurers and self insured corporates across a number of sectors including retail and manufacturing as well as public sector.

Overview Job Title: Paralegal / Litigation Executive Location: Manchester Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE) Work pattern: Hybrid Reports to: Partner Previous experience: Claimant or defendant EL/PL experience Diverse litigated EL/PL Caseload Fee Earners, Paralegals or Litigation Executives with litigated experience will handle litigated work including fast track and multi track matters.

There will also be opportunities to support more experienced fee earners on other more complex cases.

As a guide, the role will involve:
Handling litigated EL/PL cases from 'cradle to grave'.
