Litigation Arbitration Legal PA Our acclaimed US Law Firm client with stunning City of London based location is looking to hire a new Litigation Arbitration Legal PA on a permanent basis, to join an incredibly busy team of Partners, Associates and Paralegals to assist with their international client base.

Competitive salary paying up to £53,500 per annum Working hours – 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote) Excellent Employee Benefits including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Health Insurance and Contributory Pension up to 5% Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Arbitration Legal PA :
Diary management, coordination of business itineraries and travel arrangements Organising events and meeting management Prioritising the flow of correspondence and legal documents, preparation of bundles etc.
Engaging with clients Producing expense reports and assist with billing Skills & Requirements of the Litigation Arbitration Legal PA: Applicants require 3 years+ Litigation Arbitration Legal PA or Secretarial experience within a top City law firm Strong Microsoft Office skills Excellent written, organisation and communication skills
