Service Care Solutions is working alongside a thriving local authority, based in Warwickshire, which needs an experienced litigation and contracts solicitor to join their Legal Services team.
You will manage a varied caseload across contracts , environmental health , licensing , waste management , and health and safety , providing legal advice and support to the Council.

The rate offered is an umbrella rate will depend upon experience and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities Of The Litigation And Contracts Solicitor Role: Advise on legal matters relating to contracts, environmental health, licensing, waste management, and health and safety.
Represent the Council in Magistrates Court , County Court , High Court , Planning Inquiries , Tribunals , and Arbitrations .
Conduct advocacy and manage civil and planning proceedings, ensuring the Council's interests are protected.
