Practical Information: Location: Wooburn Green, UK | Reports to: Head of Business Development | Team Size: 27 | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for the UK | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional Lithuanian and English, written and verbal As our new Lithuanian Speaking Inside Sales Specialist, your main objective is to support the revenue growth for our Global Digital Sales Function by acquiring new customers and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
A key to success in the role is to identify and attract potential customers, by using available information, and doing independent research to discover new potential deals within enterprise software.
Other responsibilities will include: - Identify and generate new leads through outbound activities, using Sales Navigator, phone calls, emails - Conduct active research to identify potential clients in specific verticals and markets - Qualify leads to determine sales potential and introduce Crayon's services effectively to new and existing customers - Collaborate and coordinate with Account Managers and marketing to drive and generate demand and opportunities - Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets using D365 CRM Your Competencies: - 1+ year of experience in an inside sales, business development or similar role - Knowledgeable within CRM, Excel, Outlook - Previous experience from the IT industry in a B2B environment is considered beneficial About You: - Possess strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal - Result-driven mindset, with ambition to grow - Enjoy working in a structured and organized environment as part of a successful team What's on offer?
