Title: Liquid Logic Configuration Lead Rate: £600 per day Type: Temporary - until the end of September Location: New Shire Hall, Huntingdon Opus People Solutions are working with Cambridgeshire County Council who are replacing its current Education IT system with Liquidlogic Early Years and Education System (EYES) application.
The Council currently operate the Liquidlogic LCS and EHM within its Children's Social Care Directorate and therefore have some internal expertise, however we are looking to appoint a System Configuration Lead to join the Education System Implementation Programme Team.
Working closely with the supplier, Liquidlogic/SystemC, the post holder will be required to lead the Councils configuration activities as part of the Configuration, Process and Procedures Workstream.
The role requirements are set out below: Preparation Phase: Source the relevant in-house forms, letters and documents.
Work with the Operations Teams, Programme BA, PM and Business Services Support Team on how forms, letters and documents are to be utilised in the new system.
Work with supplier configuration team on understanding the system pathways and design.
Understand how data will flow between system pathways.
Design forms, workflow and documents for new system including understanding differences in form design for portals and back office.
Design Phase: Attend configuration workshops.
Review configuration documentation and feedback to Project Manager/SRO Undertake the configuration of new forms, workflows, and RTF/email templates for new system on behalf of the authority.
Support Testing and data migration outputs with any managed changes and configuration to the system.
Release for re-testing.
Review permission groups with Business Services support team and build a profile matrix for users.
Configuration and set up of role profiles.
Implementation Phase: Working with the Business Services Support team to: Support with training scope and learning objectives.
Undertaking an SME for development of eLearning content.
Support with building user guides, process maps and factsheets.
Support with helpdesk queries and resolving issues.
Support project communications.
Support handholding at go-live (either in person or via chat forums/MS Teams) Skills: Must be familiar with Liquidlogic applications (EYES, Portals, LCS and EHM and ContrOCC) Must be familiar with form designer and RTFs to build workflows, forms, and document templates.
Must be good at communicating to different stakeholder groups to scope, design, build and test solutions.
