Do You Have: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a team Role Responsibilities: Assist the Events Sales Manager and team in reaching sales targets.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for customers.
Serve as a point of contact for customer, responding to inquiries, providing event details, and ensuring smooth communication Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and generate leads.
Attend networking events and trade shows to support business development efforts.
Maintain detailed records of event sales, contracts, and client communications.
Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
