What would my main responsibilities be?
Managing people and performance and promote positive culture Organising/engaging/assessing team skills and addressing any gaps Maintaining safe working environment in line with company policies and legal safety regulations Ensuring production plans are completed effectively, efficiently and to the required standards Effectively manage difficult situations and conversations Reporting hazards, staff briefings, start-ups, audit and inspection, equipment safety Ensuring all company procedures are followed at all times Training will be provided to the right candidate What skills do I need for the role?
As a Line Leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent!
You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
