Line Supervisor

MUST HAVE: Good knowledge ofall processes related to powder coating aluminium.
Adequate computer literacy skills.
Great communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to problem solve and give clear instruction to others.

Similar position in a high volume, fast paced manufacturing environment.
Previous experience in chemical pre-treatment/automatic powder coating.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work alongside management to schedule work for your team.
Allocate appropriate jobs to the line.
Oversee all aspects of pre-treatment powder application and oven curing process.
A hands-on approach to keep the line fed with a continues flow of work to ensure daily targets are met.
Ensure all finished product is to a high-quality standard and prepared correctly for dispatch.
Progress each stage of the process through the company MRP system and record all findings for OEE calculations.
Other ad hoc duties as and when required to support the company needs.
