We are currently recruiting for a Line Manager/Quality Controller for our client based in the Evesham area to join their busy team in the food distribution industry.
Possible permanent position after a successful trial period.
Responsibilities: Monitoring productivity and quality.
Setting up production line accordingly.
Resolving any productions issues in a timely manner.
Training and monitoring new workers.
Always adhering to health and safety.
Skills/ Experience: Previous experience as a line manager/supervisor essential.
Excellent leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge of quality regulations.
Ability to work in a chilled enviornment.
Hours of work: Mon – Thurs 06:00am – 15:00pm Fri 06:00am - 12:30pm Rate of Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience.
