Line Leader / Pro Seal Operator - Fresh Produce

We currently offer an opportunity to join the production team in a permanent, full time position as Line Leader / Pro Seal Operator .
The position of Production Line Leader will report to the Packhouse Manager and will ensure perishable fresh produce product is packed efficiently, meeting customer requirements, and transport deadlines.
Taking responsibility for the packing lines, the successful individual will be a key point of contact for team members and will ensure all members are utilised to meet order demand, KPI's, Quality, and Health & Safety expectations.
We require; Experience of working with Pro Seal machines and Marco scales is essential Approachable, effective, motivating and driven management ability Exposure to FMCG / Food / Fresh Produce sectors advantageous Salary; Hourly paid @ £11.44 per hour + accommodation available Hours; Day Shift; working 6 days a week Location; Somerset, a full driving licence is essential
