This role is open to anyone with the drive to guide others, even if you have no prior coaching experience.
We provide full training to help you become a successful Life Coach, enabling you to work remotely with clients across the UK.
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions, helping clients set and achieve personal and professional goals.
• Develop action plans tailored to each client's needs, assisting them in overcoming challenges and building confidence.
• Encourage a positive mindset and growth through guided sessions and proven coaching techniques.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to support clients' progress and keep them motivated.
• Document client progress and adjust coaching strategies to ensure ongoing success.
Requirements: • A genuine passion for helping others and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathy and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable working remotely and using video conferencing tools.
• Open to learning new coaching methods and techniques.
