Licensed Residential Conveyancer

Oculus are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Licensed Residential Conveyancer to join a leading team in the heart of Bristol.

In this role, you'll step into an active caseload, collaborating with a skilled group in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll guide clients through a range of residential property matters, from property transactions to handling landlord-tenant lease agreements.

Advising clients on the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties Representing landlords or tenants in new lease agreements, lease assignments, and lease renewals Assisting with lease schemes for property development projects Managing overage and land option agreements Providing commercial property assistance for corporate matters, including business and share sales Supporting the litigation team in property-related disputes You will require full qualification to be eligible for the position.

The position is open as a full-time role, with potential flexibility for a shorter working week and a mix of office and remote work options.
