Lgv/Hgv Vehicle Mechanic Rochester

We're looking for an experienced HGV Fitter/Mechanic to join us at our site in Rochester.
You'll work 45 hours per week on a Monday to Friday day shift, working alternating early and back shifts, and play a vital part in ensuring that our fleet is always maintained, serviced and safe.

What you'll do on a typical day: · Carry out MOT preparations, servicing and repairs on our fleet of HGVs · Diagnose faults on vehicles · Work on Rigids, Tractors and Trailers · Knowledge of tail lifts an advantage What you need to succeed at XPO: · Proven experience in an HGV Fitter/Mechanic role · Relevant HGV mechanic qualification, such as NVQ · A full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable)
