Key Duties Include Design and implement game levels that are challenging, engaging, and visually compelling Collaborate with the game design team to develop and refine level objectives and gameplay mechanics Work closely with environment artists to ensure that each level is aesthetically pleasing and cohesive with the game's overall visual style Ensure that game levels are properly balanced and offer appropriate levels of challenge for the player Conduct playtesting and iterate on level designs based on player feedback Work with technical artists and programmers to solve any technical issues related to level design Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in level design Requirements Strong understanding of level design principles, including pacing, flow, and balance Proficiency in level design tools such as Unreal Engine Knowledge of scripting and programming languages commonly used in game development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Passion for video games and a desire to create memorable player experiences Benefits 25 Days Holiday, plus 1 day for your birthday Studio Shutdown between Christmas and New Year Discretionary Bonus Scheme Private Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Health and Well-Being Benefits Dental Care Optical treatments Mental Health Support
