A fantastic primary school in Leamington Spa is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
This is a full-time position, requiring availability for 5 days a week.

The successful candidate will assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences and provide additional support to students as needed, both individually and in small groups.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities Assisting with the learning and development of students, both individually and in groups Helping to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment Supporting students with additional needs or learning challenges Assisting with preparation of teaching materials and resources Monitoring and recording students' progress and reporting to the class teacher Building positive relationships with students and staff Candidate Requirements: UK experience (minimum of 1 year) working as a teaching assistant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or HLTA qualification Enhanced DBS on the update service Passionate about supporting children's learning and development Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us: Holiday pay Joining bonus A welcoming and supportive school environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression A chance to make a positive difference in children's lives Interview Process: Interviews are happening now!
