Step Teachers can offer daily supply; short-term supply and long-term supply roles, that can lead to permanent roles.
It is important to mention that the ideal candidate must have experience already and be qualified to Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Role: \n Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively.
\n Assist classroom teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
\n Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
\n Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments to track student progress and inform future interventions.
\n Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Requirements: \n Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification - ideally with placements as part of your course.
\n Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and strategies to support students effectively.
\n Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
\n Flexibility, patience, and a genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children with SEN. \n Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or special needs support are highly desirable.
