Job Title: Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant Job Overview: Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant.

Responsibilities: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons that support the diverse needs of children.
Provide 1-1 or small group support to children who require additional support.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
Help children to develop essential skills, such as literacy, numeracy and social skills, through structured activities and interventions.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers to support ongoing assessment and planning.
Qualifications: Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualifications or equivalent.
Enhanced Child Only DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one) Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers and parents.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of students and the school environment.
Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
