Your New Role: Record and report pupils' progress to the teacher.
Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils to help them feel safe and enjoy their time at school.
Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-professional team.
Contribute to providing high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities and experiences, supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at helping pupils achieve their full potential in all areas of learning.
Adapt to the varying and changing needs of the school to ensure its smooth running.
Promote pupils' cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development, and spiritual well-being.
Provide a safe learning environment for pupils.
What You Will Need to Succeed: Good behaviour management and organisational skills.
Level 3 qualification in education.
A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Hays.
The right to work in the UK.
