Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Salary: From £25,000 40 hours per week We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our client's team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a warm, homely environment bursting with resources designed to create inviting yet stimulating surroundings.
The nursery caters to children aged six weeks to five years, supporting their progress and development with the care of a close-knit, dedicated team.
With a large outdoor area available to children at all times, the nursery promotes free-flow between indoor and outdoor spaces, fostering a balanced and dynamic learning experience for every child.
Qualifications Recognised Qualification : Possess Level 3 in Early Years or above, providing a robust foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting children's development.
Dedication and Expertise : Demonstrate a proven track record of dedication, expertise, and passion for early years education as a Nursery Practitioner.
In-depth Familiarity : Showcase in-depth familiarity with child development, early years education principles, and best practices, informed by the latest research and industry standards.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong, nurturing relationships with children, adults, and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.
