Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Salary: Up to £25,000 Full-Time Hours Rated "Good" by Ofsted, our client provides a warm, homely environment for children from six weeks to five years, with spaces thoughtfully divided by age to cater to each child's developmental needs.
With a large, all-weather outdoor play area, children enjoy fresh air and active play year-round.
The nursery's close-knit team builds trusting relationships with families, helping each child feel secure and supported as they grow and develop.
As a Nursery Practitioner Level 3, you will play an essential role in supporting the educational and personal development of the children in your care.
You will work alongside a dedicated and passionate team to create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment that promotes each child's growth and well-being.
Qualifications Recognized Qualification : Possess Level 3 in Early Years or above, providing a robust foundation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills for supporting children's development.
Dedication and Expertise : Demonstrate a proven track record of dedication, expertise, and passion for early years education as a Nursery Practitioner.
In-depth Familiarity : Showcase in-depth familiarity with child development, early years education principles, and best practices, informed by the latest research and industry standards.
Exceptional Communication Skills : Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong, nurturing relationships with children, adults, and effectively engaging with parents and caregivers.
Collaborative Approach : Embrace a collaborative approach as a strong team player, contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
