Job Description Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Salary: £26,000 40 hours per week Are you a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for an exciting opportunity?
We are looking for an individual with a strong commitment to creating a nurturing and supportive environment for children, and a deep understanding of early childhood development.
To excel in this role, you'll need the following qualifications and attributes: Level 3 in Early Years, showcasing your expertise in early years education and development Full and relevant childcare qualification, demonstrating your dedication to providing the best care for children and meeting regulatory standards Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner in a similar setting, showcasing your passion and commitment to early years education and the ability to effectively support children's development A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development, with a compassionate and patient approach Strong knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children under your care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues and facilitate a positive learning environment What you'll get as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner: Free uniform Company pension scheme Staff incentives and events Continuous training and development As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will have the following responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old, fostering their development and growth through tailored activities and experiences Plan and implement creative and engaging activities that promote learning, curiosity, and exploration, while adapting to individual needs and interests Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members to create a supportive community and ensure a holistic approach to child development Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and learn, adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards Contribute to the overall ethos, work, and aims of the nursery, collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that reflects best practices in early childhood education Reference: WILL79988/EC INDCHI
