What You Bring to the Table: Qualifications: A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and an enhanced DBS check (of course!).
Experience: Previous experience in a nursery setting to hit the ground running.
Skills: A deep understanding of child development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly with others.
Bonus Points for: Additional childcare qualifications (you're always learning, just like the kids!).
Experience working with children with special educational needs.
