Job Description Nursery Practitioner - Level 2 Salary: Level 2 - £24,000 - £25,000 Level 3 - £25,000 - £27,000 Full-Time Hours Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2/3 Nursery Practitioner to join their dynamic team.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a lively and supportive nursery environment, where you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children, helping them thrive and reach their full potential.
The nursery is dedicated to providing high-quality, individualised care with a focus on holistic child development.
With a large garden and play area, children are encouraged to explore, learn, and play in a safe, diverse setting.
Freshly prepared, wholesome meals are served daily, contributing to the well-being of each child, while a professional and supportive team works collaboratively to create a nurturing learning environment.

Experience in Childcare Settings: Previous experience working in a nursery or early years environment.
Passion for Early Childhood Development: A genuine enthusiasm for helping young children grow and develop, with a focus on their unique potential.
Strong Knowledge of Early Years Education: A solid understanding of child development principles and practices in early years education.
Excellent Communication and Teamwork: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with colleagues and parents to provide tailored support.
Responsibilities: Safe and Stimulating Environment: Create a safe, diverse, and nurturing space for children to explore, learn, and develop.
Activity Planning and Execution: Plan and implement engaging activities that stimulate children's physical, social, and cognitive development.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met and supported effectively.
Accurate Developmental Tracking: Maintain detailed records of children's progress, ensuring each child's achievements and needs are documented and supported.
Health and Safety Standards: Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness throughout the nursery environment.
