Lettings Negotiator - Full time - Exeter City Centre - £24, hours As a Lettings Negotiator , you will play a key role in driving the success of the lettings department by leading a team, managing high-value client relationships, and overseeing complex negotiations.
This position requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the property market, and the ability to manage key accounts while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilties Act as the point of contact for escalated client matters.
Manage key landlord relationships, meeting their expectations.
Negotiate and finalise high-value rental agreements.
Skills and Experience Client management skills, handling high-level interactions and complex inquiries.
Knowledge of market trends and data analysis for informed decisions.
Experience maintaining service quality and adherence to company standards.
