Job Title: Trainee Negotiator Location:  Coventry Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum + Commission About the Role: My client is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join their team as a Trainee Negotiator.

You'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities: Assisting clients with property sales, purchases, and lettings.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conducting property viewings and liaising with potential buyers and tenants.
Providing excellent customer service and professional advice to clients.
Negotiating offers and ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and trends.
Requirements: A passion for property and an eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence and a proactive attitude.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
