We cover 50 miles of stunning coastline, from Eastbourne to Bognor Regis, including the vibrant city of Brighton.
We're a rapidly growing agency passionate about building strong relationships with landlords and delivering exceptional service through our find-a-tenant and full property management offerings.
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Brighton.
Your primary focus will be finding and building relationships with new landlords who want to benefit from our high-quality lettings services.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about property, thrives on meeting new people, and is excited by the prospect of playing a key role in the growth of a startup agency.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and reach out to potential landlords across the East Sussex coast, particularly those interested in tenant-find and full property management services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing landlords, providing regular communication and support to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Handle inquiries from landlords, tenants, and prospective clients, providing accurate information and exceptional service.
Manage the end-to-end lettings process, from initial property viewings to contract signings and handovers.
Work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to ensure Shoreline & Co's services are effectively promoted and that we're continuously generating landlord leads.
Stay updated on market trends, local property values, and competitor offerings to support effective negotiation and advice.
What We're Looking For: Previous experience in lettings, sales, or a client-facing role within the property industry is preferred, but enthusiasm and drive to succeed can be just as important.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in reaching out to potential clients to secure new business.
Strong negotiation skills and an ability to manage expectations effectively.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of the East Sussex property market, especially along the coast, is a plus.
