Lettings Manager Corbenyah Properties Location: Jubilee House, Lytham (Hybrid Working, some travel required)
Purpose of the Role: The Lettings Manager will oversee the operation of Corbenyah's commercial and residential property lettings portfolio on the Fylde coast.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, working to optimise occupancy and revenue whilst maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of guest and tenant experience.

You will be responsible for driving the performance and utilisation of luxury holiday rentals and will have demonstrable expertise in successfully marketing properties and leveraging online rental and bookings platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the management of a portfolio of short and long term lets, holiday rental listings, along with a growing number of commercial properties Manage online rental / bookings platforms Optimise lettings performance through monitoring occupancy, seasonality, pricing, marketing, and operational processes Develop and implement strategies where necessary to maximise occupancy rates across the portfolio Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop pricing and effective marketing / platform strategies Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the lettings portfolio, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management Ensure a seamless experience from booking to check-out / lease end Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and guests – you will be required to cover out of hours from time to time Handle escalated issues and complaints to effective resolution, delivering a high standard of client and tenant care Manage contracts, agreements and insurance policies Work collaboratively with maintenance teams, cleaning services and external contractors to ensure all properties maintained to the highest standard Maintain accurate records of lettings activities and financial transactions Prepare financial reports and property / portfolio performance reviews for senior management Essential Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in a commercial or residential lettings or property management role, ideally both Strong knowledge of the property rental market and relevant legislation Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
