The company believe their success is down to their brilliant colleagues, and as such give them the tools, freedom and support to succeed and develop over the long term.So, if you want to be appreciated by a dynamic business who are committed to encouraging employees to thrive and succeed and create opportunities for high achievers to flourish, apply now!What's in it for youBasic annual salary up to £33k DOE22 days annual leave, plus all public holidaysCompany pensionMonday to Friday, 9am – 6pmWorking 2 in 4 Saturday's, 9am – 3pmRegular team days/nights out and company eventsEmployees have been with company for many years – it's a good & happy place to work!Career progression within the company and the skies the limitARLA qualification help and supportWhat you will be doingAs a Lettings Coordinator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environmentYou'll play a crucial role in the running of the lettings department and making sure the property portfolio is kept up to dateOverseeing incoming property maintenance issues / enquiresArranging and conducting property inspectionsLiaising with landlords and tenantsOverseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirementsManaging lettings administration and enquiriesRegistering and qualifying applicantsBooking in viewings and other appointmentsAssisting with the applicant referencing processWhat you will haveExperience in property lettings is essential in this roleKnowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFull UK Driving licence and access to own vehicleCurrently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
