Lettings Administrator – Part Time

Our client who is an industry leading estate agency have an exciting opportunity for Lettings Administrator to join their team in their busy office based in Gloucester.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to take on a busy and rewarding role.
The successful candidate will be organised, demonstrate strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and as art of a team with a positive approach.
As a team player it is essential to support the lettings team daily providing high levels of efficiency and accurate administration for each and every Let.
Responsibilities to include but are not limited to: -Processing move in documents -Keeping clients updated and well informed -Booking appointments on to the internal diary system Key Skills: -Excellent customer service experience -Team player -Good organisational skills -Ability to work with all types of people -Organised, reliable, and proactive -Use own initiative to problem solve Hours: 25 – 30 hours per week,Monday – Friday, flexible working hours to suit a school run e.g.
9am – 2pm / 10am – 3pm Salary: £23,000 pro rata per annum
