The firm is a rapidly growing and ambitious Lettings and Management Agency and are taking over their competition.
Due to expansion of their portfolio, and client base, they are currently searching for a Lettings Negotiator to join their supportive and friendly team.
Are you a Lettings negotiator looking to start a career in property investment?
Respond to lettings enquiries quickly and efficiently, in a polite and informative manner
Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties
Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies
Address tenant complaints, violations, and problems
Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
Previous experience working within lettings / property management
Commission and team incentives OTE £32,000
~ Monday to Friday, 9:15am – 5:15pm
~ 20 days annual leave, increasing to 22 after 2 years, plus bank holidays
