The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leisure Club Manager to join our team.
As a Leisure Club Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our leisure club, ensuring that the facility is well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to our members.Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the leisure club, including the management of staff and facilities.Ensuring that the facility is well-maintained and that all equipment is in good working order.Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the leisure club.Providing excellent customer service to members and ensuring their needs are met.Promoting and selling memberships and services to prospective members.Managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.Conducting regular staff meetings and providing training and development opportunities for staff.Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are adhered to at all times.Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports.Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports as required.
