Legal Team Supervisor - Bournemouth - £Competitive Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Team Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing Litigation & Recoveries team in their Bournemouth office.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Recoveries Team Manager in supervising a team of Paralegals specialising in asset & motor finance recoveries and collections.
Oversee work quality and act as a mentor, providing motivation and guidance to the team.
Handle legal elements of cases, draft documents, and liaise frequently with clients/customers.
Recognise and communicate areas for improvement, training opportunities, and overall staff performance.
Skills and Qualifications: Flexibility, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a high-volume workload effectively.
Confidence to identify and communicate areas for improvement.
A genuine interest in developing a career in this sector.
Legal experience/background is not required as full training will be provided.
Previous experience in insurance, collections, or banking is advantageous.
