Job Title: EPR Management Information Systems (MIS) System Lead Location: Hybrid role – 5 days pw (2-3 onsite in Norwich) Contract: Inside IR35 (Band 6) About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EPR Management Information Systems (MIS) System Lead to join a team dedicated to advancing digital health in the NHS.
In this role, you will take ownership of the deployment, management, and optimization of the MEDITECH Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system .
You'll collaborate closely with clinical, IT, and administrative teams to align the system with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and clinical workflows, ensuring that it supports high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and management of the EPR system, ensuring smooth integration with other clinical and administrative systems.
Act as the main point of contact for teams across the organization, supporting user needs and providing technical guidance.
Lead system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with NHS data governance and information security standards.
Develop user training programs and manage end-user support to optimize system adoption and usage.
Generate insightful management reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills: Extensive experience managing EPR systems in healthcare, ideally with MEDITECH.
Strong knowledge of NHS processes, clinical workflows, and patient data governance.
Proficiency in project management, stakeholder engagement, and IT service frameworks (ITIL preferred).
