Established in 2010 and headquartered in Warrington, we have built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional talent to finance & accounting firms across the Northwest.To support the launch of their new Legal Division, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.The RoleAs a Recruitment Consultant in their Legal Division, you will be responsible for: Developing and managing a portfolio of clients in the legal sector, including law firms, in-house legal teams, and corporate clients across the north west.Proactively sourcing and screening high-caliber legal candidates, including solicitors, barristers, paralegals, and legal executivesConducting in-depth candidate interviews to thoroughly understand their specialist area of law, skills, experience, and career goalsMatching the right candidates to the most suitable job opportunitiesProviding a consultative, customer-focused service to both clients and candidatesMaintaining an extensive network of legal professionals and expanding this network through active business developmentAchieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have: Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment consultant, within the legal private practice sectorProven track record of identifying, qualifying, and placing high-caliber legal professionalsExcellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skillsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and maintain client relationshipsResilience, determination, and a proactive, target-driven approachKnowledge of the local legal market in Warrington and the surrounding areasLegal industry-standard qualifications (desirable but not necessary) BenefitsIn return, we offer: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structureExcellent career progression opportunities as the Legal Division growsAccess to ongoing training and developmentFlexible working options25 days annual leave plus bank holidaysCompany pension schemeSocial events and team-building activities
