Join our client's growing legal firm in the heart of Birmingham as a Legal Secretary - Team Lead , and play a pivotal role in shaping their team while contributing to a wide variety of legal and administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional to step into a supervisory position.
The role is office-based, offering either full-time hours or a flexible 4-day working week.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Audio typing and document preparation.
Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Preparing and formatting legal documentation.
Providing administrative and organisational support to the legal team across a variety of departments.
Supporting team members and overseeing work-flows to ensure deadlines are met.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Proven experience as a Legal Secretary (team leadership experience is a plus).
Strong typing skills, including audio typing essential.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
The ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal practice management systems.
The role is paying up to £30,000 dependant on experience.
