The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience within a residential conveyancing department and will provide essential administrative support to ensure the optimal efficiency of their principal(s).
Key Responsibilities: Digital Dictation : Accurately transcribing dictations.
Document Production : Creating and managing electronic documents.
Diary Management : Organising appointments and maintaining up-to-date schedules for your principal(s).
Billing Support : Assisting in the billing process.
Requirements: A minimum of two years' experience as a legal secretary within a residential conveyancing department.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Familiarity with legal terminology and processes related to residential conveyancing.
