Legal Secretary (Property) Tunbridge Wells £26,000 - £29,000 p/a Full time, permanent Hybrid 2-3 days working from home A leading law firm in Tunbridge Wells are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their busy team.

Main responsibilities Assist solicitors with all aspects of commercial property transactions, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
Maintain accurate and organised legal files Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and coordinating your fee-earners calendar.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
Provide general administrative support to the commercial property department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel and other packages that may be relevant to the role Previous experience as a legal secretary You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
You will be positive and professional This is a full-time role and hybrid working will be considered.
